InteractiveBrokers.com is popular with options traders. Its commissions are also considered to be very low in the industry. If you are looking for Strategies Analysis, sites such as (scanning, analysis, charting) or (basic strategies) can help.

If you want a cheaper alternative to Sharebuilder that also does not require minimums, you should check out Firstrade

My experience is that thinkorswim.com provides the best platform for trading options.
